Our Story
The idea for our business model evolved from the concept of being able to present our investors with the best investment opportunities that have the highest growth rate. We didn’t want to limit ourselves just within the Australian real estate market, but also to look for higher growth opportunities in India as it is currently the fastest growing economy in the world. Our team has carried out in-depth research and analysis in Indian real estate, especially in Delhi NCR region and we are associated with renowned builders and construction companies with many years of experience in the real estate industry.

Our team can assist our clients with both sending funds from Australia to India and also repatriating the funds back to Australia after paying taxes.
Funding and Loans
Our team is also experienced in helping our clients to obtain funding and finance for their investment projects. We can help at each step by assisting our clients with the process and also assist with liaising with financial institutions to have the finance approved when required.

Our team also includes certified chartered accountants in both Australia and India, RERA (compliance law in India to protect the rights and interest of investors in India) lawyers who can assist our investors in both countries.
